Terms of attendance

Harbor Point TA Academy is an in-person training studio at ქალაქი მცხეთა, ნუცუბიძის ქუჩა #77 (77 Nutsubidze Street, Mtskheta, Georgia). Contact: +995 599 120 341, studio@siteharborpoint.click. By enrolling you agree to these terms.

What we offer

We teach chart pattern foundations and related sittings. We do not execute trades, hold client funds, sell software subscriptions, or provide investment advice. Any example chart is historical study material.

Enrolment

A place is held when the studio confirms your enquiry by email or telephone and, where a deposit applies, when that deposit is received by the method we agree off this website. This site does not process payments.

Your responsibilities

Arrive on time, treat other students and printed materials with care, and do not record the session without written permission. You remain responsible for any trading decisions you make outside the room.

Studio materials

Pattern packets and journals supplied for a course remain yours after the last evening you attend. Projected slides are shown in the room and are not licensed for republication.

Conduct

The studio may ask a student to leave a sitting if behaviour prevents teaching. Fees for that sitting follow the refund note where work has already started.

Changes to sessions

If the instructor is ill or the building is closed, we offer a new date. If you cannot take the new date, unused evenings are handled under the refund page.

Liability

We are responsible for teaching with reasonable care in our room. We are not responsible for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you take after class. Georgian law applies. Courts in Georgia have jurisdiction, without limiting any rights you have as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future enrolments. The version in force is the one on this page on the day your place is confirmed.
