Refunds
If a sitting cannot go ahead
These rules cover studio training only: course evenings, Saturday drills, chart desks, and journal meetings. We do not sell shipped goods or self-paced video libraries.
Write to studio@siteharborpoint.click or call +995 599 120 341 and name the session and date. Refunds, when due, return by the same off-site method you used to pay (bank transfer is typical in Georgia). We do not refund through this website because we do not collect payment here.
Eligibility and timeframe
Ask in writing within fourteen days of the event that makes a refund due (cancellation by you, cancellation by us, or a documented studio closure). After fourteen days we may still consider a goodwill gesture, but we are not obliged to.
Deposits
Chart Pattern Foundations may ask for a 150 GEL deposit to hold a chair. The deposit counts toward the listed course fee. If you cancel more than seven days before the first evening, the deposit returns in full. If you cancel inside seven days, the deposit is kept for the empty chair unless we fill your place from the waiting list, in which case we return it.
Full and partial refunds
If you cancel a whole course before any evening has been taught, and outside the seven-day deposit window, we return fees received minus any non-refundable items below. If evenings have already been taught, we refund a share of the course fee for unused future evenings only, calculated as remaining evenings divided by six, less the deposit rule above when it still applies.
Pattern Recognition Drills: cancel more than five days before the first Saturday for a full refund of fees received. Later cancellations refund only unused Saturday mornings if we can fill the table; otherwise the next morning is kept.
Weekend Chart Desk: cancel more than forty-eight hours ahead for a full refund of that sitting. Inside forty-eight hours we keep the fee unless we rebook another student into your hour.
Mentored Pattern Journal: unused future meetings refund at one quarter of the listed fee each, if you cancel with at least five days’ notice. Meetings already held are not refunded.
Non-refundable items
Printed pattern packets and the bound journal, once handed to you, are yours and are not returned for credit. Tea at the studio is included in attendance and is not itemised for refund.
Work already started
An evening that has begun — even if you arrive late — counts as used. A Saturday desk that has started counts as used. We will not split a sitting that is already in the room.
Cancellation by the academy
If we cancel an evening or sitting and cannot offer a date you can attend within thirty days, you receive a full refund of the unused portion, including any deposit attached to that unused portion.
Rescheduling
You may move a Weekend Chart Desk once, with at least forty-eight hours’ notice, to another listed Saturday in the following six weeks. Course evenings are not individually portable; missed evenings may be sat with a later cohort if there is a chair, at no extra listed fee, subject to the instructor’s agreement.
No-shows
If you neither attend nor cancel, the sitting or evening is treated as used. Please phone if you are delayed on the road to Mtskheta; a delay under thirty minutes is not a no-show if you still arrive.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are instructed within ten working days after we confirm the amount. Bank processing in Georgia may add a few days. We refund in GEL to the account that paid us unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Exceptions
If a public emergency closes Mtskheta or the building, unused sessions are rescheduled or refunded at your choice. We do not refund because a pattern you studied later failed in a live market; the course is training, not a result.
