We keep only what we need to answer an enquiry, seat a course, or meet Georgian record-keeping expectations.

What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email, telephone number, session of interest, and your message. If you enrol, we may also keep attendance dates, deposit acknowledgements, and notes you ask us to hold for a mentored journal. We do not collect payment card numbers through this website.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to seat a course or Saturday desk, to contact you if an evening is moved, and to keep basic studio accounts. The legal bases are steps prior to a contract, performance of the training agreement, and our legitimate interest in running a small classroom safely.
Sharing
We do not sell lists. We may share details with an accountant or with authorities if Georgian law requires it. Hosting for this site may process technical logs outside Georgia; we choose hosts that protect the traffic reasonably.
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not become enrolments are deleted within twelve months. Enrolment records are kept for up to five years for accounting and to confirm who attended a course, then reduced to a minimal archive or erased.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, or erase data we hold, or to object to a use that rests on legitimate interest. You may complain to Georgia’s personal data protection authority. These rights have limits where we must keep a record of a paid sitting.
Children
Sessions are for adults. We do not knowingly enrol anyone under 18.
